Being the supporter of women that Michelle is, she thrives on helping women of midlife age transition into the next phase of their lives. She does so through not only her podcast and image consulting but by working at a prestigious fashion college where her students have the privilege of learning about styling and fashion through her professional speaking and course, How To Sew Like A Designer. Michelle has also found another way to use her many talents by working as a backstage coordinator and modeling coach for Fashion Week.

Michelle is also passionate about helping midlife aged women transition into the new and exciting phases of their lives. Michelle also works as faculty at a prestigious fashion institution where her students benefit from her decades long knowledge of styling and the fashion industry. In addition to all of this Michelle Prior-Alameda still makes time to regularly make appearances as a motivational and life coach speaker for various corporations, organizations and schools on topics such as Unleashing your Magnetic Presence and Image, Branding and Digital Presence .

Michelle Prior-Alameda has always been inclined to the creative aspect of life and combined with her determination and passion to help others become their best selves, and because of that she has impacted hundreds of lives. Michelle Alameda currently resides in the Bay Area in California, however she can be found spending a lot of her time between Los Angeles and New York. Michelle’s expertise lies in being an image consultant for public figures and coaching women in leadership and technology roles. Michelle has filled a vital niche by combining her love for fashion and styling with the acute talent of presenting to the public the best side of her clients. 

Author, podcast host, model coach and pageant founder are just but a few other titles and talents Michelle possesses. At a time when there wasn’t any body inclusivity found in the pageant world, Michelle created her own pageant, “Miss Urban California,” that was inclusive of everyone and didn’t discriminate against body image, disability or ethnic background. Michelle also has her own podcast affectionately titled, “Heels & Hot Flashes,” is a member of the Black Design Collective, The Association of Image Consultants International and The Junior League of San Francisco.
